About ForTechiesOnly:

ForTechiesOnly is an independent publication launched in November 2006 by Sergey Lossev. It covers thoughts and notes on software, tech products, and tech start-ups.

These musings are based on my work in mobile web, social software, charity software, VPN apps, iOS apps, Android Apps, Desktop software, websites, web apps, blogging, browser extensions, smart watch apps, and mobile OS features since 2005.

My experience spans everything from garage start-ups to publicly traded tech giants, including:

• Starting 2 of my own start ups in 2005 and in 2010 : VCEL and Thred .
• Working for 2 venture backed start ups: Flock and Skyfire
• Working at publicly traded tech giants: Opera and Samsung

I took a hiatus of 6 years from this tech blog. Now im bringing it back.
